Legacy Round

 

This funding round is designed to leave a lasting legacy by supporting collaborative projects that reflect the People Zones ethos of partnership and community-led change. We are prioritising applications that demonstrate strong collaboration between partners within the People Zones, with a focus on delivering long-term, community-driven impact.

Partnership applicants can apply for up to £35,000 to support their initiatives.

Individual organisations can apply for up to £10,000 to support their initiatives.

 

We encourage applicants to build on the work already done in their People Zone and propose projects that will deliver meaningful, lasting benefits for their communities.Please note: While single organisation applications are welcome, priority will be given to partnership and collaborative bids that align with the legacy aims of People Zones.

Round opening – Monday 1st September 2025 at 9am.

Round closing – Friday 10th October at 2025 at 23:59pm.

In order to streamline our process, you can now find our application on the online platform Sums.

 

There will be two separate application forms:

 

  • One for partnership/collaborative applications

  • One for single organisation applications
